Ramakant Pathak is Economics Graduate from University of Allahabad, Law Graduate from Veer Kunwar Singh University, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is serving the Indian and Foreign Corporates, Business Houses, Business Families, Celebrities, Renowned Professionals, Law Firms, Business entities, Government and Non-Government Organizations, Financial Institutions, Banks, etc. and others for more than 17 years.
Mr. Ramakant Pathak is also qualified to be “Independent Director” by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).
He is also founder partner of the firm Sampark & Co. (Company Secretaries) a leading firm of Company Secretaries in the country, serving through its offices all over India located at Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida (Delhi NCR) Pune and Vadodara.
In addition, he is providing solutions to the various entities and individuals with his impressive ideas, he has also been helping the corporates and their team in setting up Foreign Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, factories, obtain various registrations, licencing, approvals, development of business module, business manuals, to design the corporate structures, drafting of agreements, etc. He has also assisted the business families and corporates in resolving their corporate disputes, guiding the KMP’s and the Board of Directors in defining their roles and responsibilities in line with Laws of land.

Shilpi Jain is Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), who is having rich experience in Secretarial and related services for more than 8 years.
She has been serving as Managing Associates at Ramakant Pathak & Co. (Company Secretaries) since January 2014.
She is also founder partner of the firm Sampark & Co. (Company Secretaries) a leading firm of Company Secretaries in the country, serving through its offices all over India located at Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida (Delhi NCR), Pune and Vadodara.
She has a vast experience in areas like setting up Businesses, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance, Liaison with Govt. Departments, Attending Courts, Legal Hearings, Corporate disputes and other segments of professional services.
Simran Kaur is Graduate in Commerce and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI), who is having rich experience in Secretarial and related services for more than 7 years.
She has been serving as an Associates at Ramakant Pathak & Co. (Company Secretaries) since 2020.
She holds an experience in managing the Legal and Secretarial Affairs of the Corporates and expert in areas like XBRL filing of Companies, Drafting Agreements, dealing with various Departments and all other corporate matters.
Sujit Giri is Bachelor of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University.
He has been serving as an Account Manager at Ramakant Pathak & Co. (Company Secretaries) since May 2018.
He holds an experience in maintaining the Accounts, Finance, Office Records and Filing of returns of Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC etc. He is also expert of various registration of corporate entities with various Government Departments. He also assists the Companies in doing the various compliances.
